This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of DISCORDsimple. By using the Service you agree to it. We may update it as needed.

You may not use DISCORDsimple to:

  1. Post without authorization. Connect or post to any Discord server or channel you do not manage or are not expressly authorized to post to. You must have the authority to install the DISCORDsimple bot on every server you connect.
  2. Spam or flood channels. Send unsolicited, repetitive, or bulk promotional messages; flood channels with automated volume; or use the Service for advertising blasts the channel’s members did not opt into. When you post through the Service, you are the publisher and are responsible for the content and its compliance with applicable law.
  3. Abuse mentions or harass. Attempt to circumvent the Service’s mass-mention safeguards (@everyone, @here, and role pings are disabled), or use the Service to harass, dogpile, or target individuals or communities.
  4. Violate Discord’s rules. Breach the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer/platform policies, or the rules of any server you post to — or the terms of Anthropic or any other connected service.
  5. Post unlawful or harmful content. Transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or that contains malware, phishing links, or other malicious payloads.
  6. Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or privacy rights, or post others’ personal or confidential data without authorization.
  7. Abuse or attack the Service. Circumvent authentication, rate limits, plan limits, or tenant isolation; probe or scan the infrastructure; attempt to access other accounts’ servers, channels, or data; or interfere with or disrupt the Service (including denial of service).
  8. Exceed plan limits or automate abusively. Use the Service beyond your plan’s entitlements (servers, channels, monthly posts) or generate abusive automated volume.
  9. Misrepresent identity. Impersonate any person, bot, or organization, or present Service posts as coming from someone who did not authorize them.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Service, our users, Discord communities, or third parties, or to comply with law. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
