1. Acceptance

By installing the DISCORDsimple plugin/connector or using a DISCORDsimple service we operate, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated by reference. These terms also complement the CCMS Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is offered from and intended for use in the United States.

3. The service

DISCORDsimple is a multi-tenant MCP connector, operated by CCMS as a hosted service, that lets an AI assistant post announcements and briefs to Discord channels you configure, and read recent channel history to avoid duplicate announcements, over HTTPS. You connect it by installing the DISCORDsimple bot on your Discord server through Discord’s authorization flow, selecting channels, and minting an API key. We may add, change, or discontinue features.

4. Your accounts, keys, and authorization

  • Authorization. You represent that you have the authority to install the DISCORDsimple bot on, and authorize posting to, every Discord server and channel you connect. Do not connect servers or channels you are not permitted to manage.
  • Key security. Keep your API key secure. The key is a bearer credential — anyone holding it can post to the channels on your account. You are responsible for activity under your key/account until you rotate or revoke it at the portal.
  • AI actions are your actions. The post_message tool posts to your channels at your direction. You are responsible for messages the assistant posts under your account, including their content and timing.

5. Acceptable use and Discord compliance

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and the rules of each server you post to. You are the publisher of messages posted through the Service. Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, or mass-mention abuse; mass-mention pings (@everyone, @here, roles) are disabled by the Service and you may not attempt to circumvent that. We may suspend the Service for abuse.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • We offer a Free plan (1 Discord server, 2 channels, text posts, 50 actions per month) and a Pro plan at $9/month (10 servers, unlimited channels, rich embeds, full message reading, 5,000 actions per month). Plan entitlements are described at sign-up and may evolve.
  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring auto-renewing monthly subscription until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period and does not renew thereafter.
  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Price/tax changes. We may change prices prospectively with notice for the next billing cycle. Stated prices exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

7. Third-party services

DISCORDsimple interoperates with Discord, an AI assistant (Anthropic Claude), an identity provider, and a payment processor (Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, including Discord’s developer and platform policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, for Discord’s availability or rate limits, or for the AI assistant’s outputs. DISCORDsimple is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

8. Intellectual property; license

The DISCORDsimple software, name, and logo are owned by CCMS. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. The software is proprietary; no rights are granted beyond use of the hosted Service. “Discord” is a trademark of Discord Inc.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that message delivery will always succeed.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CCMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, MESSAGES, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold CCMS harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, including unauthorized posting to Discord servers or unlawful content posted through the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service, remove the bot from your server, and delete your data at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. 8–11, 13) survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us to seek an informal resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date reflects the latest version, and we will notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
